Not for the light switch thing but this is Finn's time out chair. He made 3 visits before 10am this morning. We can't wait for "mommay" to get home!
We rounded out the morning at the park.

the misadventures of Brian, Cindy, Finn, Oliver, and Vesta
OK, well we are not too lonely as you will soon see. Nor are we short of good times and sunshine, which also will become apparent. But we are without momma, whom we miss dearly this week and can only hope she will come back as she is at Comi-Con meeting her favorite A- list celebs (but truly A list in our book) at posh parties and getting them to look silly while demoing Kinect. She will come back, right? Here is our effort to show her what SHE is missing. :)
Yesterday was Papa Walker’s birthday so we headed over there for some fun.
Then we let Finn know we were headed to the beach!
After a quick superman change we grab our stuff and blow this popsicle stand! (you guys coming?)
we got to the beach and quickly armed ourselves with requisite beach gear
Ahh the cool water lapping up against his..well…above his thighs.
After getting used to the refreshing lake nothing like a dip with Nana.
And finally, back on the beach for a break.
Next day, here he is looking very proud just after surprising daddy with his back turned by mysteriously appearing in his high chair (never has chosen climbed up there before on his own…), proving his desire for breakfast immediately. Yes daddy’s sausage and black bean eggs are that good.
After breakfast we headed out to the playground at Green Lake. Finn brought Ollie.
After a nap we headed out and picked up Nana. Our cousin Susan and her son Kai had a co-b-day party where our little man had some more fun, exploring their wonderful Ranch in North Bend. Of course there was cake, a really fun John Deere tractor cake made by a friend.
We loved meeting their horses.
Their chickens.
Inspecting the lawn mower.
And going insane on the trampoline with Kai
Which tends to be tiring
Hence a requisite cool-down.
Good times.
We miss you mommy!
